Nestled in the Inner Harbour of Victoria Canada, is a little martini Bar just off Humboldt Street that servers some of the finest Oysters from the local coastal beds. Simply called “
the Oyster”, this establishment serves up Oysters from around the finest beds Pacific North West along with some innovative cocktail sauces. In addition to the traditional cocktail sauce with ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and fresh ground horseradish, there is soy and ginger sauce, vignette and shallot sauce and cumber and dijon mustard sauce. Also added to the plate is a heaping amount of fresh ground horseradish for you to add some texture if needed.
Each night between 4 and 6:30 PM there is a feature call “Buck-a-Shuck”. That is the price you pay for each of the night’s featured Oyster, a deal at the current rate of better than twice that amount for most establishments.
